Award of gameplay
Toy Island is an ambitious game on which I worked with a team at Isart Digital Paris for my last student project.
With an asymetric gameplay using both the HTC Vive and a PC for two players our game allow us to play as a kid who interact with his favourite toy in two different environments. It means, 2 players, 2 different realities, 2 gameplays etc….
The first one plays in his bedroom with a strategic view while the other one sees an arid environment on flyings islands with a first person view. Both of them have to communicate to find treasures on the map.
Contribution : Concepts art (Room), integration, environnments (modeling, texturing…), lighting, FX and level art
